Order Processing
- • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- • You will receive an SMS/email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
- • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pickup
You can pick up your order from our store at no extra charge. Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 hours of payment confirmation.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it from your account under My Orders. You will also receive SMS updates at each stage of delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our delivery team will attempt redelivery once. If the second attempt fails, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery at an additional charge.
